The antioxidants contained in Correct are plentiful, including YBF’s patented complete blend along with the addition of alpha lipoic acid. Sodium hyaluronate, a derivative of hyaluronic acid, delivers unmatched moisture and actually retains moisture levels throughout the day.

My favorite feature of YBF Correct, aside from the plumping that I can actually see happen, is the way it brightens my eye area and diminishes dark circles, made possible with the addition of caffeine and vitamins E and C and the light reflecting nature of this product.

YBF recommends applying Correct day and night and I agree. With the visible smoothing of the delicate eye area, daytime is the perfect time to use Correct. However, I would recommend that if you wear under eye concealer, wait until the eye cream dries completely or your concealer will not last as long as you want it too. Nighttime is a perfect time to apply a little more, especially around the upper area and sides of your eyes.

I was looking for a product that would smooth out my skin tone, provide sheer coverage and brighten the look of skin, making my makeup regimen easier. I was a bit shell-shocked at the price of the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer first- a 1.5oz bottle costs around $42 – so I decided to try two other tinted moisturizers first.

I initially tried Peter Thomas Roth’s Tinted Mineral Moisturizer because I was familiar with the quality of the brand. This moisturizer costs about the same as Laura Mercier’s, but has an SPF 30 and is a mineral formula. The Peter Thomas Roth Tinted Mineral Moisturizer feels great to the touch, but left my skin looking washed out. The tint is light and may be better for very fair skin or for use as a facial sunscreen when at the beach (that’s how I will use it). As a tinted moisturizer it just wasn’t sheer enough.

I next tried the Body Shop’s Glow Enhancer which costs $14 for a 0.85oz bottle. The product description promised to brighten my skin, even the tone and cover fine lines, but this product is so sheer it did not cover much of anything. My skin did look a little brighter but not as even toned as I would have liked.

Ultimately I decided to try a sample of the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. It was love at first application and I actually looked forward to using it. Now I know why this product is notorious in beauty circles and widely used by makeup artists. I only needed to apply a thin layer and my skin looked naturally even and brighter; it was exactly what I was looking for.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer comes in an oil free and regular version. If you have very oily skin it is recommended to use the oil free version. I have slightly oily skin but am prone to breakouts, so I purchased the oil free version and apply my own moisturizer underneath. Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer is definitely the best in the business!

My dog also loves the taste of it for some reason, but I felt safe even if he did lick it because Egyptian Magic is natural and edible. Many mothers I know also use Egyptian Magic on their babies for diaper rash and other skin conditions.

The all natural ingredients leave nothing to mystery so you can rest assured that you are not putting anything harmful on your body. Olive Oil, Royal Jelly and Propolis are natural healing elements, and combined together with Love this formula works like magic!

Even on an airplane or in hot weather (I’ve tried both), this scent is pleasant and sexy. Blackberry and Vanilla Musk is the perfect combination of fresh fruit, sweet vanilla and a mild second layer of musk. Not only will you love this scent, but men love it too! I’ve been stopped in public just to be told that I smelled good. For the size, the price will not break the bank, and won’t keep you from spraying yourself multiple times throughout the day.

Crest Whitestrips really work! Use them twice a day for 10 days and you will definitely see whiter teeth. I’ve tried Oral-B before, but the results from Crest Whitestrips are much better. After using Crest Whitestrips, my teeth stayed white for almost one year! Now that’s a bargain.

Best Toothpaste: Aquafresh Extreme Clean Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste is a great toothpaste. There are tons of toothpastes out there, but I really like the mild mint flavor and micro-active foaming action Aquafresh Extreme Clean has.

Best Floss: Crest Glide Deep Clean Floss is great. Crest Glide Deep Clean won’t get stuck between your teeth and leaves a yummy minty flavor in your mouth to freshen your breath as well.

Best Self-Tanner: Tan Towel Plus Self-Tanning Towelettes are so easy to use you have no excuse to self-tan! Wipe Tan Towels, which are pre-saturated with a self-tanning formula, all over your body and have a wonderful shade of tan in 2-3 hours. I like to use two Tan Towels for each application, one for the lower half of my body and one for the upper half. Be careful around your heels and feet so you don’t have streaks!

Best Drugstore Balm: Burt’s Bees Farmer’s Friend Hand Salve was recently mentioned in Allure magazine as a great multi-purpose balm. You can use this on hands as well as any other area that needs some healing; elbows, feet, lips, etc.

Best Environmentally Friendly Cleaning Products: Method is a great line of environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products. I love the Method Pink Grapefruit All Purpose Surface Cleaner. You can use it everywhere and it’s especially great for countertops that you might put food on as it’s a gentle non-chemical cleaner.

Best Natural Care Dental Products: Tom’s of Maine has long been a favorite natural care product brand, and Tom’s of Maine mouthwash is no exception. Tom’s of Maine mouthwash is alcohol, saccharin and dye free and contains pure peppermint oil. Tom’s of Maine is also a company with integrity and they practice environmental and social awareness – so you can feel good about supporting this company!

OPI Italian Love Affair nail polish is the BEST color EVER! This mildly frosted pink shade is so pretty you will always want it on your nails – I love it on my toes.

Essie Forget Me Nots nail polish is a fabulous warm and bright pink shade. This is a great shade for summer and for those who want their nails noticed.

OPI Los Cabos Coral is a perfect coral shade. I love coral because it works well with my fair skin tone. OPI colors are fabulous, but Los Cabos Coral is one of the best.
